Being that I've got the container to deal with I have the front where after removing a few screws it can be laid in to the container and then slid out the front. It will roughly be an 8'x8' panel with the door and window in it. The back will be the same so I could conceivable use the lumber for the sides with those two panels to make the same sized unit on the outside. Or even make it longer.tffnguyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01830558433596399955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051650307488354823.post-5781849003386491322010-01-28T16:19:09.407-06:002010-01-28T16:19:09.407-06:00David,

We used to make something very similar, what we did was to frame the walls up and then we attached them together using regular door hinges. Then we were able to remove the pin to be able to relocate the Bldg with ease. You can make the whole Bldg using the door hinges as a way to secure the unit together. when you use the hinges, things go right back together the same way each and every time. We found this to be the better solution to using screws and way faster.Old Wise Onehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04719814336706145893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051650307488354823.post-79970510748049117152010-01-28T10:37:41.187-06:002010-01-28T10:37:41.187-06:00The trick I'm trying to pull off is to build m...The trick I'm trying to pull off is to build modular where each section can be easily removed and then added as a section to what ever I start building. The center part will be a little different and will have to be disassembled, but when done I should have the start to a separate building when I move the front and back walls and then add the sides and roof. Hopefully the blue board instead of the tarps will help a bunch and I think it will. (At least make it much easier to heat.) Of course it won't be too long before I'll be worrying about how to stay cool, but I hope to be building outside the Iron Dungeon by then and be able to remove the parts from it to make a quick build on the outside.

For now we are catching hell here in Odessa with heavy rain and a lot of flooding. One park is under water and a lot of people have had to be rescued from their cars after driving off in to high water. Tonight it supposed to turn to snow. I'm wondering what its doing down there???tffnguyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01830558433596399955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051650307488354823.post-25005934410965855552010-01-27T17:29:22.282-06:002010-01-27T17:29:22.282-06:00Got the trailer, but a 5 is probably what I'll...Got the trailer, but a 5 is probably what I'll get.tffnguyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01830558433596399955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8051650307488354823.post-74373052349083004642010-01-27T10:53:28.851-06:002010-01-27T10:53:28.851-06:00Be sure to check with your supplier, because here ...Be sure to check with your supplier, because here you can't transport any cylinder bigger than a 5 in the truck of a car. Just a side note, I live in Allen just north of your old stomping grounds.
