My attempt to make it to my 10 acres in Terlingua Ranch and make a go of living on it. From the start it hasn't gone good at all, but I'm hopeful things will turn around!

Tomorrow is the BIG day
Yep, tomorrow I'll officially be living on the land. Should be an interesting few days while I'll still have this trailer to rack out in. (On the land though.) Hopefully the weather will cooperate for me to finish up the living quarters before the trailer and my help goes away. Was sure nice to see my trike again and ride it even if it was only for a few feet. All depending on how things go I may not be posting much for a while.
High wind last night and it is still windy, but not as bad. I think the vote now is to keep the trailer here for another night and just go to the land and see what we can get done. Looks like the rain may be over and if the land will die down and the sun come out there is a chance for a nice day. Well I can hope can't I? I took a tumble yesterday when we were unloading the stuff in the storage (Tripped on one of the ramps) and at the time it didn't bother me at all. I just shook it off and went on about my business. This morning my left hand and wrist are swollen some and I'm stiff as a board so don't know how much I'll be able to do. Probably a lot. Well I can hope can't I?
